Mr. Carl Jay I. Oliveros, LPT, MAEd, has four years of teaching experience in higher education and currently serves as a College Instructor and Program Research Coordinator at Tubod College. He teaches professional education and selected general education courses while coordinating research initiatives within the College of Education. He mentors faculty and students in research and scholarly publication and supports institutional research programs that promote a culture of research and academic excellence. In addition, he serves as a World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Evaluator, Scientific Committee Member/Peer Reviewer of the Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal (PEMJ), and peer reviewer for the International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS), International Journal of Interdisciplinary Viewpoints (IJIV), and the DDOSC Multidisciplinary Research Journal, where he evaluates scholarly manuscripts for methodological rigor, academic quality, and ethical compliance.
