Cost and Financial Aide
Financial Assistance: Students may be eligible for government scholarship programs such as the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarships (for S&T courses) and the Tulong Dunong Program of CHED. The Department of Agriculture (DA) and Local Government Units (LGUs) may also offer scholarships or educational assistance for agriculture students.
Department Assistance: The Department of Agriculture at Tubod College implements a cost recovery and revolving fund scheme to sustain its instructional garden, where students contribute minimal fees or farm inputs such as seeds and planting materials to support crop production activities. This garden serves as a living laboratory where students apply classroom knowledge through actual farming practices, including crop production, pest management, soil management, and postharvest handling. Crops harvested from the garden are sold as an income generating project, and the proceeds are used to purchase seeds, fertilizers, and other inputs for the next cropping cycle, ensuring sustainable farm operations while providing students with practical experience in agricultural production and entrepreneurship.
