Today marks the official opening of the 3-Day Annual Mid-Year Strategic Planning of Tubod College held at the Inter-Franciscan Spirituality Center, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur, from May 18โ20, 2026.
The first day of the activity focused on reflecting on the institutionโs vision, mission, organizational culture, and institutional agendas through collaborative discussions and workshops. Participants also conducted the Catch-Up Plan Monitoring for the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) 2025โ2026 to assess progress, identify priorities, and strengthen institutional directions moving forward.
The activity aims to strengthen institutional goals, quality assurance initiatives, and accreditation preparedness through participative planning and shared institutional reflection.
